Have a question about Jollycons?

All individual Jollycons icons are filled outlines. What this means is if you scale the icons up/down, the stroke width will relatively scale up/down along with the total icon size. Depending on your design/edit tool you may be able to add an additional stroke to the icon. However, the icons aren't exported in a way to allow for the stroke width to be altered.

All icons have been designed to fit a 24px canvas taking into account individual perceived shape sizes. What this means is every single icon is contained within 24px bounds.

Jollycons come packed as a Sketch (.sketch) file, Figma (.fig), Adobe XD (.xd) and Adobe Illustrator (.ai) file containing single vector shaped layers and an IconJar (.iconjar) file including a set's icons with relevant tags. Besides that each individual icon in the set is available in the following file types: Portable Network Graphics (.png), Scalable Vector Graphics (.svg) and Portable Document Format (.pdf).

The png of the icons come in their native 24x24px size, as well as 48x48px, 72x72px and 96x96px. The 48px and 72px size equivalents are also suitable to use as @2x and @3x retina versions of the 24px icon .pngs.

We don't sell individual icons on Jollycons. If you really really want just a few single icons from the icon set you can purchase them through iconfinder.com/jollycons.

Jollycons supports credit card payments and PayPal payments (including credit cards payments through PayPal).

As soon as you've succesfully completed the checkout process and payment, you will be sent an email sent that contains a button that says View your order. Clicking this button will open a webpage that will trigger the download of your purchased icon set(s).

No refund will be offered for products once sold. Since they are digital files, all symbols are not refundable or exchangeable. However, files can be replaced if damaged or lost. Simply send us an email.

After you've made a success payment on the Jollycons checkout, you will be sent an email sent that contains a text link that says Click here to download your PDF receipt. Clicking on the link will open a pdf receipt of your order in your browser.

In each email relating to Jollycons updates you will find an unscribe text link at the bottom. Click this text link to stop receiving Jollycons newsletters.

Although we won't sent you any more emails after you've unscrubed using the above-mentioned method you are of course entitled to have your contact data permanently erased. If you wish to have your contact data permanently erased, please email us and make sure you mention the email address you've used to sign up for the Jollycons newsletter (or during the checkout process).
